While creating an invoice, at step 2 you can add a new bank account by clicking on “Add New Bank Account”. 


You can also change bank details after creating the invoices. Click on “Bank & Payment Details” at the top. Now click “Update Bank Details” under Bank Account Transfer to update your account details.
