Let's see how you can recover your forgotten password or update the existing one.


A) Recovering A Forgotten Password


If you've forgotten your password, here’s how you can reset it:


Step 1: Access the Login Page

Visit Refrens.com and click the Login button located at the top-right corner of the homepage:


 

Step 2: Select “Forgot Password”

On the login form, click the Forgot Password link to start the recovery process:


Step 3: Request a Password Reset Link

You’ll be redirected to the password recovery page. Add your registered email address, then click on the Get Reset Link. A password reset email will be sent to your registered email address:



Step 4: Check Your Email Inbox

Locate the email from Refrens in your inbox (or spam folder). Open it and click the Change Password button. This will take you to a secure page for resetting your password:


Step 5: Set a New Password

On the reset page, enter a new password of your choice. Click Update to save your changes:



That's it! You can now log in to your account with the new password.


B) Updating/Changing An Existing Password


If you want to update your current password, follow these steps:


Step 1: Go to Security Settings

Log in to your Refrens account, then navigate to Business Settings > General Settings > Security > Change Password:


Step 2: Update Your Password

In the change password page, Enter your current password and the new password you wish to set, then click “Update”:


All set! Your password has been successfully updated.
