1. To add or edit a column in your invoice, click on  “Rename/Add Fields” while creating an invoice or any other accounting document.



2. You will see a new modal like below open up.

  1. Click on Hide to hide the column.


     

  1. Edit your column name from the fields below Column Name.


      

  1. Add a column by clicking on Add New Column.



     

  1. Give your column a Name and Select the Data Type (Data Type can be Text, Date, Number, Currency, etc.).
