Accounting SAAS

What is it?

Refrens provides multiple accounting tools like invoicing, quotations, lead Management, inventory management, accounting reports and more. 

Pricing plans
Refrens has two plans based on the number of users:

    1. Premium (~USD 70 per annum)

    2. Premium Plus (~USD 200 per annum) (Launching soon!)

Across both these plans, users have options to choose across multiple periods: Quarterly, Annual and 3-Yearly. 

Premium: Annual is our most opted for plan typically chosen by freelancers and agencies with 2-3 users. Detailed plan-wise features & pricing> 

Across countries, we have plans that are equitable for purchasing power. The same annual plan for our Indian users is priced at Rs. 3000 and Rs. 10,000 for Premium and Premium Plus, respectively. 

Your Earnings

For every new user ,you've helped bring to Refrens, you get to earn 50% of the total price they've paid when upgrading to any of the Premium plans. 

You will be notified every time a referral upgrades to Premium and can track all your referrals - signed up, verified email, created their business, and upgraded to Premium.

It takes a month on average for users to upgrade to Premium after they've signed up.

With the Refrens Accounting tools, you can earn at least USD 35 per referral per annum.

Marketplace

The Refrens Marketplace is a two-sided marketplace for businesses to hire freelancers across domains and provides freelancers with all the tools necessary to establish an online presence and increase visibility. 

We charge a 20% commission of the total project cost from the vendor. For every new project created based on your lead, we will share half the commission, i.e. 10% of the total project value.

On average, a freelancer on Refrens works on projects worth USD 500 per annum through the Refrens marketplace. 

This allows you to earn an additional USD 50 per referral per annum.

International Payments 

Collecting International Payments for freelancers from India is tough, and Refrens International Payments is a new, seamless way for them to scale internationally. 

A business on Refrens working with international clients typically collects international payments worth USD 20,000 per annum. 

For every referral who collects international payments in their first year, you can earn 0.1% of the invoiced amount they've collected. 

That is an additional USD 20 per year per referral. 

Wrapping up

Let's see the total potential earnings from the Refrens Affiliate Program in a year. Let's say 50 users sign up for Refrens from your Affiliate link. Of these,

1. 10 users upgrade to Refrens Premium
2. 2 users upgrade to Premium Plus
3. 5 users service projects worth USD 500 on average each on the Refrens Marketplace
4. 3 users take international payments worth USD 20,000 each via Refrens

The above calculations are based on our internal conversion rates: 10% of users upgrade to Premium, 2% to Premium Plus and 3% of freelancers require International payments. 

Apart from these earnings, you will also be awarded with a free Refrens Premium worth USD 70 per annum.

Other FAQs

• Is there a membership fee for the Affiliate Program?
  

No - the Refrens Affiliate Program is completely free. There is no joining fee or other hidden charges.

• How do I track my Referrals?

You can track the status of your referrals on your dashboard on the Rewards page. You can track whether they've signed up, verified email, created their business or upgraded to Premium. 

• Are there any guidelines on marketing Refrens?

Well, the most upfront way to market is to be authentic with your audience. You can give them a demo of the tools and record tutorial videos. You will also get access to files containing blogs, videos and Social Media posts through which you can promote Refrens. 

• Do I get to earn commissions if a referral renews their Premium?

Yes, you'll continue to earn a 50% commission on all their payments. So in case someone upgrades the plan, you'll continue to receive a 50% commission.

• Do I get to earn commissions if my referrals don't upgrade to Premium?

Yes - even if your referrals do not upgrade to Premium but continue to use Refrens regularly for 6 months - we will share a small commission per user. These will be evaluated on a case-to-case basis and is subject to revision.

• Do I get access to a Lifetime free Premium Membership to Refrens?
  

Yes - As soon as you sign up for the Refrens Affiliate Program, you get free access to Refrens Premium's quarterly plan. Get automatic renewal on the Premium plan as long as there more than 10 Referrals every quarter.

• When will the affiliate earnings be credited?

All your Affiliate earnings will be communicated to you by the end of the current month, and the payments will be credited within the first week of the following month.
