Whenever you are sharing an Invoice, quotation, or any other accounting document with your clients; you would want to ensure that it follows your business’ branding and design language.

With Refrens, you can do that by choosing custom templates, changing colors & fonts, and adding headers & footers among other things.

Let’s see how you can do this on Refrens.

When you create an invoice and click on “Save and continue”, you will see the invoice preview. It shows you how your invoice would look when you download it or share it with your clients.

This is a default invoice template, and if you don’t like it, you can just scroll down and under the “Select invoice template” section, you will see a number of different templates that you can choose from.

Let’s say you like this “Modern” template. So, when you select it, in the preview section, it will show you what this template would look like.

If you would like to change the colors and fonts also if they don’t go with your brand design, you can do that in the “Change color and fonts” section.

You can change the color by simply adding your HEX code or RGB combination, or by simply choosing any color from the palette.

You can choose the font type separately for your body and header fonts.

You can also adjust the paper size, margin, scale, and orientation.

There’s also an option to change the script in the invoice to any of the 20+ languages and even enable a right-to-left script that is used in Arabic, Persian, Urdu, and other languages.

You can also add a letterhead or footer if you like. Just make sure that it’s under the 500kb size limit. After adding the letterhead, you’ll be able to see it in the preview section of your invoice.

Okay, then! Your customized invoice with your company branding is now ready to be shared with your client. You can share it by copying the link or downloading a PDF, or you can send it directly via Email or WhatsApp!
