Refrens is more powerful when your accountant, sales team, and all other team members are on your account. It makes it easy for you to collaborate with each other, helps track your team's activities, and saves you so much effort & time from sending documents & reports manually to each other.

(Businesses who have added their accountant on Refrens report that the time they spent with their CAs has reduced by 73%)

Adding a new user
To add a new user, Go to the sidebar > Manage Users > click on “Add User”

Once you fill up the details and click on “Send Invite”, a link will be sent to the invited user over email to join.

Roles & Permissions

You might not want to give the same level of access to all your business users. For example, you would only want your sales team members to access their own leads but not others. Also, your accountant only needs access to view accounting documents and reports but not editing access. You can do all that with roles (A Premium Plus feature).

By Default, We will give you some default roles to get you started quickly. You can view their permissions & also edit them if you would like.

Adding a New Role

In case the default roles & permissions are not suited to your needs, you can also create new roles with customized permissions. Just click on the "Add New Role" as shown in the image above.

This will open up a new form where you can define the role and control what level of access a user can get with this role.

For example, if you are creating a role for your sales team, you can control the access levels like this:

A sales team member should be able to create, delete, edit, or view leads. But you don’t want one sales rep to edit another sales rep’s leads. In that case, you can mark “Self”.

“Self” means that a user will only be able to do a particular action, only if they are the one who had created that specific lead or accounting document. For example, in the above-given case, I have marked “Can Edit Leads” as “Self”. This means a sales rep can edit a lead only if it was created by him/her/them.
