You can easily delete a form if you no longer require it in Refrens. To delete an existing form, go to Lead Management under Clients & Leads and switch to the Forms tab.
Click on the "More" options for a form you want to delete and select "Delete". Confirm if you want to continue to delete the form in the dialogue box.
What happens when you delete an existing form?
- The Form will no longer load on any live external pages or links.
- Previous submissions data cannot be exported - but will all leads and contacts generated will remain in the relevant records.
- New submissions to the Form will not be accepted.
Before you delete an existing form that is embedded into your website and landing page, make sure you remove the form or replace it with another form.
