For workspaces that are enrolled in Google's Advanced Protection Program, user may have to whitelist the Refrens app to be able to send emails from their domain.
Here's how to whitelist our app in a few simple steps:
- Navigate to https://admin.google.com/ac/home
- On the Admin Console Page, go to Menu -> Security -> Access and Data Control -> API Controls
- Click Manage Third-Party App Access to view your configured apps. To filter the app list, click Add a filter and select the Refrens app.
- In case you're unable to find the app, you can add the Refrens app via our App ID: http://395142182214-ed84ekeakquk5a496hbqf76ldbja7hek.apps.googleusercontent.com/ and click Search.
- The app list shows the app name, type and ID, as well as the following information for each app:
Verified status—Verified apps have been reviewed by Google to ensure compliance with certain policies. Many well-known apps might not be verified in this way. For more details, go to What is a verified third-party app? - From the configured apps or Accessed apps list, click on the Refrens app to do the following:
- Manage whether your app can access Google services -> Click on Trust and click Save
Once Saved, you will be able to re-authenticate and start using your Gmail domains to send emails from Refrens!
