IndiaMart is a great platform to generate leads for your business, but managing these leads on IndiaMart is a pain. Businesses often struggle with lead-tracking, timely follow-ups, and managing lead data efficiently.
Integrating your IndiaMart account with Refrens Sales CRM not only helps you in organizing & managing these leads but also ensures that each lead is nurtured and followed up on - increasing the chances of conversion.
Follow these steps to start receiving your IndiaMART leads into Refrens:
Step 1) Go to Business Settings
On your Refrens account, go to Business Settings > Lead Management System > Fetch leads from IndiaMART, and click on "Connect":
Step 2) Get Your Webehook URL
When you click on "Connect", you will see this pop-up form:
Copy this Wenhook URL.
Step 3) Visit seller.indiamart.com
Log in to your IndiaMART account.
Step 4) Navigate to the "Lead Manager" section
Go to the Lead Manager section:
Step 5) Navigate to the "Push API" Section:
Go to "Import/Export Leads" > "Push API":
Step 6) Select "Refrens" as Source
Choose "Refrens" from the drop-down list of sources:
Step 7) Enter Webhook Listener URL
Next, paste the Webhook Listener URL that you had copied from Refrens (as shown in step 2). Then save the details:
Step 8) Activate API
After confirming the OTP sent to your primary mobile number, your Push API will be activated:
Step 9) Select Pipeline on Refrens
Go back to the IndiaMART integration settings > click on "Connect". You will see the following pop-up form:
Here, you can select the pipeline where you want the IndiaMART leads to be imported. Once selected, click on"Connect".
That's it! Now every time a new lead comes into your IndiaMart account, it will also get added to your Refrens sales pipeline in real time!
Configuring IndiaMART Integration
Once you start receiving IndiaMART leads, you can go to IndiMart Integration > More to -
A) Change Pipeline
Change the pipeline into which these leads get imported:
B) Filter Specific Leads
You can filter the type of leads you want to import. (i.e. Direct leads, Preferred Number Service leads, etc.). Once done, only the filtered leads will get imported to Refrens:
C) Pause New Leads
This will prevent all future leads from being imported to Refrens. Later you can Resume this if you require:
4) Disconnect the Integration
This will permanently disconnect your IndiaMART account from Refrens:
