Refrens helps you completely customize your invoices & other accounting documents according to your business needs and local practices.  

In this article, we will take a look at how you can change the currency format (Roman or Arabic, Millions or Lakhs) and decimal points with ease.


Firstly, while creating an invoice or any document, go to the “Number/Currency Format” option as shown below:



You will see a pop-up form like below:


You will see three different options here:

1. Select Number Format:  


You can choose the number format according to the local practices of your country from here.

2. Select Decimal Digits:


Choose how you would like to round off your decimal digits from here.

3. Add Custom Currency Symbol:

You can add a custom currency symbol like INR instead of ₹, USD instead of $, etc.


Once you are done, just hit “Save Changes” and you will be good to go!


You will only have to do this once, as these changes will automatically apply to your future accounting documents as well!  (You can change these formats later on by following the same process.)
