Creating invoices & other documents in Arabic language on Refrens is seamless.

Here’s a sample invoice created on Refrens in Arabic:

Now, let’s see how you can create invoices like this. Although we will be taking the example of an invoice, you can follow the same process for other documents as well.

Firstly, go to the Sidebar > Accounting > Invoices > “Create a new invoice”. You will see the following page:

As you can see, all the field titles are in English by default. But you can edit them to re-write them in Arabic if you want.

For example, in the invoice given above, I have edited all the fields and re-wrote the names in Arabic. (For more info on how to create invoices OR edit invoice fields, watch this video)

Once done, fill up the required invoice details in respective fields and save the invoice.

After the invoice is saved, you will be redirected to the invoice preview page as shown below:

⚠️ Two important things to note:

Before downloading/sharing the invoice, ensure that the following things are done to avoid facing any issues while downloading/printing the invoice:

1. Invoice Script & Script Alignment (right-to-left Vs left-to-right)

2. Font (Ensure to use the supported font only)

1. Invoice Script & Script Alignment (right-to-left Vs left-to-right)

By default, the invoice will follow the left-to-right script. To change this, go to the “Customize Invoice Design” section on the invoice preview page and scroll down to the “Change Script” option as shown below:

Here, click on the check box to enable the right-to-left script.

Also, in the supported script dropdown, select “
Arabic”.

You will be able to see that the invoice script has changed to right-to-left on the preview page only:

2. Select Supported Font

Ensure that you have selected one of the supported fonts to avoid any issues while printing/downloading the invoice.
