If you want to delete a client/prospect due to duplicate entries or any other reason, you can do that with ease on Refrens.
Let’s see how:
Step 1: Go to the client dashboard
Firstly go to Clients & Vendors > Clients and Prospects section from the sidebar:
Step 2: Archive the Client
On the dashboard, go to the client you wish to delete, and click on “Archive” as highlighted below:
Once archived, you will be able to see all your archived clients under the “Archived Clients” tab as highlighted below:
Note that: The clients will stay in the archive indefinitely unless you delete or restore them.
Step 3: Deleting the Archived Client
If you wish to delete the client permanently from your Refrens Account, just click on the “Delete” option as highlighted below:
That’s it! Your client has been successfully deleted.
