You can easily add QR codes to your invoices and other accounting documents on Refrens to display important details like the document number, due date, total amount, and more when these codes are scanned.
Enabling QR Codes
To enable QR codes, go to Business Settings > Accounting Options > Add QR Codes to Documents and turn the toggle on as shown below:

You can also configure for which documents you want to display the QR codes. To do so, just click on configure QR code visibility in documents as shown below:
Customizing the QR Code Content
You can also choose which details are shown when the QR code is scanned. For instance, you may want to display the document number and date, while hiding customer information like "Billed to." To do that just click on configure field visibility as shown below:
Important Note: If your documents already include QR codes for IRN (E-invoice) or ZATCA, only those codes will appear, not the QR codes generated through this method.
