1) How to Download or Print Multi-Page Documents as a Single Page?
If your document spans multiple pages, you can easily download or print it as a single-page document. Here's how:

3) How to Fix Column Break Issues?
When a document contains too many columns with extensive text, some columns might break or not appear correctly in the downloaded PDF.
For example, the "Total" column is not getting displayed in the following invoices:
To address this, try one of these solutions:
3.1) Optimize Text Wrapping
On the document preview page, navigate to the "Other Configuration" section and enable the "Optimize Text Wrapping" option. This ensures that lengthy text adjusts neatly within the available space, reducing column overflow.
3.2) Display Description in Full Width
If your items include descriptions, enable the "Show Description in Full Width" option on the document creation page. This allows descriptions to utilize the entire width of the document, creating more space for other columns.
3.3) Merge or Hide Columns
If column breaks persist, your document may have too many columns. In that case, try these solutions:
- Merge Columns: If your document has an HSN column, merge it with the item column to make the layout more compact.
- Hide Unnecessary Columns: Hide non-essential columns to optimize the document's layout for printing or PDF download.
These steps should ensure that all columns appear correctly in your final document.
