With the 1-Click Document Acceptance feature, this process becomes seamless and efficient. Clients can approve your documents instantly with just one click, saving time and effort for everyone involved.

Let’s see how this works:
Enabling 1-click Document Acceptance
Navigate to Business Settings > Accounting Options > Document acceptance, and click on “Enable your Client/Vendor to accept shared documents”:
You can also configure the documents for which you want to enable 1-click acceptance:
How Clients/Vendors Can Accept a Document
1. Receiving the Document:
Clients receive the shared document via email or a direct document link.
2. Accepting the Document:
When they open the document link, they will see an “Accept Document” Button:
When they click on “Accept”, a modal will appear that will prompt them to input their email:
3. Verification:
Upon submitting their email, they will receive a verification link:
Once verified, the document status will get updated to "Accepted & Verified":
Owner Options
Owner/Document Sender also has an option to manually mark a document as “Accepted”. They can do this from the document preview page OR from the document dashboard page:

Go to the document preview page > “More” dropdown > Click on “Accept Document”:
Manual Acceptance from the Dashboard Page:
Go to your document dashboard, select the documents for which you want to mark acceptance > Go to "Bulk Actions" > Click on "Accept Documents in Bulk":
Revoking Acceptance
To remove acceptance of a document, go to the document preview page > “More” dropdown > Click on “Remove Document Acceptance”:
