If you still want to proceed with account deletion, follow these steps:
Step 1) Navigate to Business Settings
Firstly, go to Business Settings > General Settings > Security > Remove Current Business:
Step 2) Add Password
When you click on “Remove”, a pop-up will appear prompting you to enter your current password. Enter your password here to confirm the account removal:
Step 3) Send Confirmation Email:
After removing your business from the settings, please send a confirmation email to care@refrens.com with a request to delete your account, along with the reason for the removal.
That’s it. Your account will be permanently deleted from Refrens.
Important Notes:
Once your Refrens account is deleted, you and your team members will no longer have access to any of the data associated with it.
Please be sure before deleting your account, as this action cannot be undone.
