When you create a document on Refrens, you can create supplementary or related documents from the base document in just one click.
For example, you can convert a Quotation into an Invoice, or convert an invoice into a PO, and so on.
Here’s the detailed list of document conversion options:
Example: Convert a Quotation to an Invoice
Open the Quotation Preview page, click on “More Options” in the top right corner, and select “Convert to Invoice”:
Once you click on “Convert to Invoice,” the system will automatically generate an invoice using the quotation details:
That’s it! Your auto-generated invoice is ready to share. (In case you want to make any edits to the invoice, you can do so with the “Edit” option.)
